Belvedere Day ride on the East Rand:

Hi guys
We’ll be hosting a ride out on the East Rand on Saturday the 31st of July.
Lots of lekker loops for you to enjoy, river crossings, mud, rocky sectios – this ride has it all. Not super technical – but real fun for the whole family and a lekker day in the saddle.
And – if you have ridden out this way with us before, we have opened up some brand new sections for you to enjoy – loops that we have not ridden before - very similar to the trails out south of JHB. Some rocky tight stuff – a few forests and all sorts. Really good fun.Our Resolution Insurance medical team will be along to assist. And we will have marshals all along the trail to make sure that you are all looked after.
We’ll sort muffins and coffee upon arrival. Lunch? Brunch will out near Irene – fruit and yoghurts, bacon, eggs sausages, pap en sous…

Pongola Long weekend:

Pongola is nice and warm – so if you want to camp - the camping facilities are top notch.
Two days of riding in the most fantastic place. Really nice accommodation.

Arrive: Afternoon ofd Friday the 6th of August.
On Saturday after breakfast – we head out for the riverbed run – 100 kays of fantastic riverbeds for you to enjoy. For those of you who have done this trip before – this is a new section and the first time that we are riding here. Magic.
On Sunday we will be doing a route all around the hotel – rocks, rivers, sweeping farmlands – absolutely brilliant. Technical sections for the manne with escape routes for the family riders. For those who do not want to ride, visit the amazing Tiger Lodge and take an afternoon trip on the houseboat on Jozini dam…
Monday – sleep late, have breakfast, head for home…
Prices: Includes: Dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday, breakfast on Monday morning. Two days of fantastic riding.

Infants – free bring own bedding.
Catered Camping weekend: We’ll do all catering etc, you just need your tents, caravan and sleeping bags. R1500.00.

JHB to Durban in the Dirt:
Raising funds for the Quadpara Association Of SA:
You might have heard about this fantastic fund raising initiative – a social offroad ride all the way from JHB to Durban and back again – all in the name of having fun - and raising funds for people who are less fortunate than many of us.
The event was screened on Two Wheels earlier this year – as well as on Carte Blanche a few evenings ago.
The initiative was started in 2002 by the team from Family Adventures – and over the years quite a few million Rands have been raised for QASA. The idea was to ride your dirt bike, ATV, side by side or Adventure bike – all the way from JHB to Durban in the dirt. No loading – just four days of riding – and every year, the routes get more interesting as the organisers get to know farmers and land owners all along the trail. It’s not a case of lots of long boring gravel roads any more, there is enough technical terrain to keep the dirt bike champion wannabe’s happy too – with easier alternative routes for the bigger trailies.
This is confirmation that South Africa is truly, one of the most beautiful countries in the world...
This year the ride kicks off from JHB – probably Carnival City on the 23rd of September and arrives at Cane Cutters resort in Ballito on the 26th of September. Due to the logistics, an up run is planned – leaving Ballito on the 30th September and arriving in JHB on the 3rd of October.
